The purpose of the food logging is to provide personalized, multidimensional feedback on your meals. Lark's primary purpose is to provide information to effectively track meal progress and patterns, and improve your eating habits.
Lark selects one or a few logged items, per meal or snack, to comment on, rather than commenting on every item that was logged. This approach allows Lark’s feedback to be focused and clear. It also helps prevent the advice and coaching from becoming overwhelming, and allows you to focus on a specific, and realistic behavior change to next time.
Lark may not mention each food item in the conversation, however, it records everything that you logged, and those meals count towards daily and weekly totals.
