Lark's Quit Tobacco coaching consists of 4 tobacco-specific missions that educate the user on the risks of tobacco use, and coach them through various tactics for handling quit-related challenges. The coaching focuses on habit chance through mindfulness, but also offers information on additional facilitators like Nicotine Replacement Therapy. Users can indicate their willingness to quit as part of the program, and are able to set a quit date in the app, and receive post-quit support if they so choose. If a user chooses to quit, Lark will check in with them regularly to gather information on usage patterns and respond in a supportive and encouraging way.
