Lark asks you at the outset of your experience what areas you would like to focus on. The available goal choices are:
- Be Healthy and Well
- Stress Less
- Lose Weight
- Tobacco Cessation
In addition, activity and sleep coaching will be personalized based on your habits. Throughout the Lark program, you will also be presented with 7-day missions with specific areas to improve in or learn about that are related to your overall program and areas of focus.
