Once signing up through a participating insurance provider, you will choose specific a focus area to begin your wellness journey and be able to track your food, moods, accomplishments, and more! Your Well-being Coach Digital can specifically support you with:
- Managing stress and anxiety
- Understanding diet and nutrition
- Tracking and improving physical activity
- Maintaining or achieving a healthy weight
- Discussing sleep patterns
- Support and guidance for quitting tobacco
Focus Area Options
When beginning your experience with your Well-being Coach Digital, you will be able to choose specific focus areas for your coaching. Depending on the focus area you select, you will be presented with 7-day missions to learn more about different health goals. The four focus area options include:
- Be Healthy and Well: This focus area will help you learn the basics for a foundation of health and well-being, including coaching around activity, nutrition, and sleep.
- Stress Less: This focus area provides educational material, exercises, and techniques intended to help manage stress.
- Lose Weight: This focus area will support you with weight loss through activity, nutrition, and sleep coaching.
- Tobacco Cessation: This focus area consists of four tobacco-specific missions that will educate you on the risks of tobacco use and various tactics for handling challenges faced while quitting. Your Well-being Coach Digital will focus on habit change through mindfulness and options such as Nicotine Replacement Therapy. If you indicate your interest in quitting, Lark will check in with you regularly to gather information on usage patterns and respond in a supportive and encouraging way.
