Lark asks you at the outset of your experience what areas you would like to focus on. If you would like to focus on losing weight, you can set a weight goal. In addition, activity and sleep coaching will be personalized based on your habits. Throughout the Lark program, you will also be presented with 7-day missions with specific areas to improve in or learn about that are related to your overall program and areas of focus.
Some Lark programs come with preset goals - for example, the Diabetes Prevention Program will have a primary goal of "Prevent Diabetes" but can have a secondary goal of "Lose Weight."
