While you are not able to add naps or break up a recorded sleep, you can definitely add and edit longer sleep periods through your sleep log. To access this page, tap on the profile icon on the upper left side (or upper right side in Android). Next, tap on the sleep tab to bring up your sleep history. Here, you can add a longer sleep period by tapping on the plus symbol on the lower right side, or you can edit a recorded entry by tapping on the recorded sleep log.
