Because Lark does not directly bill or work with your insurance, we would recommend contacting our partner, Solera, to request more information on billing/claims, assistance in changing to a different program, or to discontinue your enrollment. Additionally, you can definitely delete your account if you no longer wish to use Lark. To do so, tap on the profile icon on the upper left side (or upper right side in Android) and then tap on the small gear symbol on the upper right side on the next page. Next, scroll down to account. On the next page, you will be able to delete your account.
