Our program is offered at no cost to users who successfully enroll and live in a qualified state covered by our program. Lark's Diabetes Prevention Program is considered a preventative service that your insurance fully covers, so it does not cost you anything to participate in.
You may have received an explanation of benefits that shows the bill to your insurance from our partner, Solera, however, there should be no amount that you owe. Your insurance will receive a claim for each milestone you achieve, and there are only 4 milestones for the entire program length of a year.
Unfortunately, because Lark does not directly bill or work with your insurance, we are not able to look into your inquiry fully on our end. If you have any additional questions or concerns, we would recommend contacting our partner, Solera, to request more information on billing/claims.
