The Lark app incorporates a 16-week program designed to coach participants on the various aspects of living a healthy lifestyle through daily changes.
Every week, your coach will start to focus on different topics ranging from mindfulness, carbs, starches, and other areas that can contribute to better habits that will lead to a healthier lifestyle.
Using your phone's sensors, your Lark coach will monitor your activity and sleep to provide you advice and tips on these areas. You will also be able to log your food, moods, accomplishments, and track your weight- all while receiving immediate feedback from your coach! Be sure to bring your phone with you when you work out for more accurate tracking!
