Lark tracks your activity by reading your phone's sensors. When you move around with your phone on you, your phone is picking up that movement and determining what kind of activity it is (walking, running, etc). Lark then reads that info from your tracker and interprets it accordingly. If you are planning to exercise, be sure to bring your phone with you, or else you will manually have to track your activity.

My activity is being grossly under counted. Please provide how best to get accurate counts. Is it because I dont carry my phone around? The fact i can't get to accurately calculate my time clock. VERY annoying. Is there a way to add my weight if i miss the scheduled time?
Does anyone answer these messages?
It tracks my activity when I'm driving, I don't know how to change this I need help
I have a new phone and can’t get my account back up and running. How do I go to my Lark?
I am not sure that my phone is sophisticated enough to track accurately, like my Galaxy did. I had to step way way down when my last phone got stolen. Are there useful apps that dont require a ton of my precious space?
