Users enrolled in Lark’s DPP program are eligible for the Fitbit after using Lark actively for 4-6 weeks after downloading the app. This includes weighing-in, having conversations in the app, logging meals, and logging physical activity. Please note that our partner, Solera, will contact you after confirming your use of the app to send you the Fitbit and the process may take a few weeks.
If you have been in the program for 4-6 weeks already and have not received the Fitbit, you can contact Solera at 877.486.0141 or email email@example.com to inquire about your Fitbit status further. Solera will also provide information regarding upgrading Fitbit options.
We'd also recommend double checking your spam/junk folder for Solera's Fitbit email in case their message was filtered there.
