Relaunch the Lark app.

For iPhone X and Newer: From the home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen. Swipe left or right to find Lark, and then swipe up on the preview to close it. You can then find Lark on your phone and open it back up.

For iPhone models before X: Press down twice quickly on the home button. This will bring up all of the apps actively running on your iPhone. Find Lark and then swipe up to end it. You can then find Lark on your phone and open it back up.

Confirm that Lark is up to date. If it’s not, download the update via the App Store.

Confirm that your phone's operating system (OS) is using the most current version. If you are using an older version, please update to the latest OS version. If the OS is already up to date, try restarting your phone.

Delete your Lark app and download Lark again from the App Store.

- Relaunch the Lark app.

- Tap on the Menu or Back key to return to the main menu. Go to Settings > More > Application Manager. The list of all running applications will be displayed and you can then select Lark and tap on "Force Quit."
- Find Lark on your phone and relaunch it.
- Go to the Google Play store and make sure Lark is up to date.

Confirm that your phone's operating system (OS) is using the most current version. If you are using an older version, please update to the latest OS version.

Delete your Lark app and reinstall Lark from the Google Play store.
