Lark offers two types of scales depending on the program that you are enrolled in.
If you are using the Black Bodytrace scale or Black Lark Scale:
We recommend weighing yourself 4-5 times consecutively. This tends to resolve the issue. In other instances, we recommend moving the scale closer to a window to improve cellular reception and potentially resolve the issue.

If you are using the iHealth scale (white or black):
For the iHealth Scale, please make sure to pair it to your smartphone through the in-app conversation with the coach, otherwise it may not function as intended. You can find the instructions for this here.
