If you're enrolled in a plan that includes a device such as a wireless scale, blood pressure monitor (BPM), or blood glucose monitor (BGM / glucometer) your Lark coach will prompt you to place your device order as part of the onboarding process in one of the first conversations. Once you've placed your device order, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
If you're having trouble placing a device order or it's been more than two weeks since you placed the order and it hasn't yet arrived, please reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into the issue for you and include:
- Your first and last name
- The email address connected to your account
- A brief description of the problem, including screenshots if possible.
