Black Bodytrace Scale: This issue may be occurring due to poor cellular reception since the scale uses a cellular signal. If you suspect that may be the problem, please try moving your scale closer to a window, then try weighing yourself 3-4 times consecutively to force the value through. If that doesn't work, please let us know by submitting a ticket above or emailing us directly at email@example.com.
White iHealth Scale:
Step 0: Restart the Lark app and/or restart your phone.
Step 1: On the back of the scale, open the battery compartment, remove the batteries and re-insert them.
Step 2: Open Lark and Press “Start a New Chat” by tapping on the + symbol at the lower right side of the screen.
Step 3: Next, tap on 'Set up device..." from the list.
Step 4: Then, tap on "Weight Scale". Your Lark coach will then walk you through the steps of pairing your scale!
