Black Bodytrace Scale: This issue may be occurring due to poor cellular reception since the scale uses a cellular signal. If you suspect that may be the problem, please try moving your scale closer to a window, then try weighing yourself 3-4 times consecutively to force the value through. If that doesn't work, please let us know by submitting a ticket above or emailing us directly at support@lark.com.
White iHealth Scale: Step 0: Restart the Lark app and/or restart your phone. Step 1: On the back of the scale, open the battery compartment, remove the batteries and re-insert them. Step 2: Open Lark and Press “Start a New Chat” by tapping on the + symbol at the lower right side of the screen. Step 3: Next, tap on 'Set up device..." from the list. Step 4: Then, tap on "Weight Scale". Your Lark coach will then walk you through the steps of pairing your scale! |

I moved my scale by a window and weighed myself 5 to 6 times still didnt send it to the app
My scale doesn’t send to the app. Circle appears but the weight doesn’t go to the app.
Lark stopped recording my weight on the scale when I upgraded my phone.
Mine has been doing the same thing, it will show weight but not report to the application. It will show the weight on the screen hours after I weighed. I pulled batteries and it helped for about a week.

I'm having the same issue as everyone else. I'm getting on the scale and the weight is not going to my app. The cell service excuse Lark is giving doesn't make much sense seeing as how the scale and the app continuously tell you it works via Bluetooth. Over all Lark is really disappointing. The lack of being able to sync a wearable device directly to the app and now the scale not working make it practically useless. I'm thankful I didn't pay for Lark!
I have sent emails to Lark 3 times to Lark Support about my scale not sending my weight to the Lark App and Support had never contacted me regarding my issue. In my opinion Lark support does not exsist and the whole damn thing is a joke!
Solution: First, I turned off Wi-Fi because the Lark FAQ says this system uses network signal. Then, I went to Set Up Device and asked it to pair my scale with my phone (again). The Bluetooth symbol appeared! Not only that... the thing had stored all my weigh-ins and they also came up. So, turn off your Wi-Fi and pair your scale again. Worked for me!
I got it to pair, turned off wifi on my phone, stepped onto the scale next to a window with my phone in my hand a dozen times, weight flashes a few times then holds steady each time, but it still does not record in the app. :-(
Thanks. I got to pair my scale after I turned off the Wifi on my phone. And it downloaded ALL my weights.
My scale doesn't send infi to app. I too have tried the above tios. Please fix or allow me to manually add weight.
I'm having the same problem. Tried all the fixes in the FAQ to no avail.
Well I followed all your instructions, and my scale does not work with my bluetooth. That is why I am not able to compute my weight. Please help me to make this system work.
Bodytrace scale will not send my weight to the app. I have moved it all around my house and even outside on a flat surface, and nothing. About to give up on this program and put it in the trash.
I did my questionnaireand gave the address for my scale. How long until I know if I am eligible?

So, I have contacted support and they sent me out a new ihealth scale but it is still not sending my weight to the app.
