Hi Larkers! 

Welcome to our support portal! We are available for help with your issues Monday-Friday between 9 and 5 Pacific Standard Time via this portal, and we endeavor to get back to our users within 48 hours of your request if not sooner. If you are an international user, please be understanding of our time difference. 

Lark currently does not offer live phone support. However, please do log a ticket via our support portal by emailing support@lark.com - our customer service team will be happy to help you get troubleshooting tips there, and if need be, schedule time for a call.
