We are currently not providing customer service for the Silent Alarm Clock / Lark Wearable device. Unfortunately, our attention has been pulled in a different direction to support our more recent products, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
If you are a current account holder (with a confirmed account), you can continue to use these support forums in order to troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing with the software or hardware. If you need to reset your password, the current issues with our backend server systems are preventing us from resetting passwords and we do not currently have a remedy. However, you will still be able to use the wristband and app as a silent alarm clock.
If you have recently signed up and are still waiting for a confirmation email, unfortunately, we cannot process registration for your account. Our backend server systems will not allow us to provision new accounts at this time. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. We understand that this means it is not possible to use the coaching service. However, you will still be able to use the wristband and app as a silent alarm clock.
