I notice my lark doesn't turn green anymore, even after hours left charging (it's still red though). Is this cause for concern? is my battery dying?

Hi Leo! I wouldn't be concerned about LARK, but do keep an eye on things - if you note that LARK is dying early, log a ticket for us here and we'll be happy to help troubleshoot that issue, ok?

Ok, it seems that my Lark is dying. I left it charging for more than 24 hours and it didn't wake me up this morning. The backup alarm was what sounded instead.

It's about to reach it's first year anniversary this September. I love the Lark, but is this normal? Buying a new Lark every year seems too much.

    I'll open a ticket.

What does it mean when the light flashes red/green while in the charger?
